Pasta With A Desi Twist – Green Masala Pasta

This is my first post on BlogThisOut and I am so glad to be a part of the BlogThisOut Fam!! This one, as you guys already know is a Pasta recipe blog. But here is something you guys should know about me before I begin to share my recipe with you all. For me, cooking is a passion. Most importantly, cooking for someone you love is one of the best things a person can experience.

Anyway, so today’s recipe is Green Masala Pasta. People all over the world are always in search of different type of pasta recipes. Whether its a family hi-tea or lunch with friends, pasta always makes a great meal and people love experimenting with it. What’s more? It is easy to make and takes almost no time to be prepared. The recipe I am sharing is also super simple, quick and easy! It will be your family and your guests’ new favorite. I have been making this one since many years. All of the ingredients are easily available at home and the recipe is very pocket friendly. This is my own recipe.

Ingredients:

2 bunches of Corriander/Hara dhania
2 Capsicum/Shimla mirch
4 to 5 Green onions/Hari piyaz
3 eggs
1 packet of Kolson Spaghetti
3 to 4 garlic cloves
4 green chillies
2 tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp ketchup

Spices:

Salt to taste
Chinese salt to taste
1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
1 tsp Corriander/dhania powder
4 to 5 Red chilli balls
Chaat Masala to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Method:

 

– Heat oil in Kadhai, when the oil gets hot add garlic cloves and red chilli balls.
– Beat 3 eggs with turmeric and salt. Pour the eggs in the heated oil, garlic cloves and red chilli balls and cook until it gets golden brown.
– Add Capsicum, Corriander, Green Onions and green chillies. Stir for 2 minutes.
– Add all the spices and sauces. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
– Now mix all of it with the boiled pasta.

I love to have it at anytime of the day literally! It tastes so good, I can have it in all 3 meals, trust me on that.
